Multi touch enables you to enter text with two fingers!

Normally, MessagEase is configured to be used with a single finger. But on systems that have the suitable touch screen to support multi touch you can enable multi touch in settings_string and use two fingers or two thumbs to type simultaneously.

Please note:Some devices, such as Nexus One, are notoriously unsuitable as they provide erroneous multi touch data.

Multi touch is especially useful if you configure your keyboard to be wide, and side-by-side. Then you can tap on the 123 key to configure two letter keyboards, as shown in the picture above, to type even faster.

Please also note:If your device is short of resources or has a lower processing power, in order to conserve your resources, it may be best not to use multi touch.
